I recently started a blog and LOVE it! It has provided me with a way to communicate with the women I serve in a more spontaneous, casual way, while also delivering something of real relevance to help their business. Your prospective and current clients will appreciate it because they get a better feel for your personality and you as an individual (not just a business owner). Try also audio blogs. I haven't experimented with it yet, but I understand audioblog.com is supposed to be a great , relatively user friendly tool. Thirdly blogs are FREE to use - blogger.com and wordpress.com are great providers. Happy blogging!!!

Cool site, love the info. I do a lot of research online on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I'm glad I found your blog. Thanks,

A definite great read...

Blogging also builds ranking and if done for keywords in niches can give you another high page "hit" on a Google and other search engines.

There is another aspect of having a blog that is significant if you are in direct sales. It's a way to contribute value to your clients/customers, outside the sell/buy interchange. Starting a blog this spring made me examine what it is that I really have to offer. I'm not just selling beautiful home entertaining products, I'm providing a way to improve quality of life, to build memories, to make ordinary events Occasions. When I realized that, I found I had plenty of post topics to write about, hardly any including overt references to my products, but almost all sharing a way to build a memory, to make an occasion special.
